This Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is made effective as of [Date] to protect the confidential information exchanged during interviews for potential employment or engagement between the parties named above.
For the purpose of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes any proprietary information, materials, or knowledge disclosed verbally, in writing, or through any other means, including but not limited to business strategies, customer details, and marketing plans.
The Receiving Party agrees to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.
